1. Introduction

Welcome to prk92. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and prk92 ("prk92", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the prk92 website located at https://prk92.org and all associated services including but not limited to sports betting, cricket wagering, PSL markets, live casino games, slot titles, esports betting, and the PKR cashier facility.

By registering an account with prk92, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the prk92 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the prk92 platform.

prk92 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a prk92 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. prk92 does not permit access by any person under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in its own capacity for wagering purposes).

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a prk92 employee or affiliated company.

prk92 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the prk92 platform, you must create a registered account through the prk92 Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold one prk92 account only. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, prk92 will close all secondary accounts and may forfeit any bonus balances held within them pending investigation.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your prk92 account is accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your account accordingly. prk92 cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prk92 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. prk92 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online service. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have promptly notified prk92 of suspected unauthorised access.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

prk92 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• Government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of payment method used (screenshot of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account)
• Source of funds declaration where required by regulatory standards

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. prk92 aims to complete KYC reviews within 72 hours of receiving all required documentation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your prk92 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 2 business hours depending on interbank processing times. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during prk92 operating hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank accounts are typically completed within 1–3 business hours. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your prk92 account cashier section at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Players with higher verified account status may be eligible for elevated transaction limits.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on prk92 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). There are no currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your prk92 account balance in PKR.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on prk92 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonus funds awarded by prk92 must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. prk92 recommends all players review wagering requirements carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

prk92 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotions
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a bonus

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period specified in their individual terms. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on prk92 — whether on cricket, PSL markets, esports, or any other sportsbook market — are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation. prk92 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on prk92 and are displayed at the time of bet placement. prk92 reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits on specific markets or for specific accounts without advance notice, particularly on markets with unusually high liability.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by prk92 in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, system errors that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, or the discovery that a bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity. Void bets are settled at the original stake, which is returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is offered on selected markets including PSL cricket matches. In-play odds are subject to rapid changes reflecting live match conditions. prk92 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event at its absolute discretion. Bets placed before a suspension event occurs will be honoured; bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected.

6.5 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on prk92 — including slots, live dealer games, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer dealing in the case of live tables. Game results are final. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be submitted to prk92 support within 30 days of the relevant game session.

7. Responsible Gaming

prk92 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and controlled gambling for all players on the platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity — if it ceases to be that for any player, prk92 has tools and resources available to help.

7.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your prk92 account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds across a defined time period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the prk92 platform through our support team. Temporary exclusions range from 30 days to 12 months. Permanent exclusions do not expire.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the prk92 platform — including but not limited to the prk92 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of prk92 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the prk92 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any prk92 content without prior written permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on prk92 software or content
• Use prk92 branding or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access prk92 data or markets

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prk92 and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the prk92 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to service
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on information displayed on the platform during periods of data error
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the player's bank or payment service provider

prk92's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposit made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your prk92 account at any time by contacting the prk92 support team via live chat within your account dashboard. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules before closure is finalised. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

11.2 Closure by prk92

prk92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or other dishonest conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements
• Suspicious activity suggesting money laundering or other financial crimes
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider relating to a prk92 deposit

Where an account is closed by prk92 due to a proven breach of these Terms, prk92 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and resolution of the breach.

12. Amendments to These Terms

prk92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, prk92 will notify active players via the contact details registered to their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of the document.

Continued use of the prk92 platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1 above.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulatory principles and the internal policies of prk92 as an internationally operated platform.
